Brainsheets is an offline-first note-taking and spaced-repetition application designed for competitive exam aspirants, students, and researchers. It operates locally on your physical device without requiring user accounts, remote database sessions, or cloud server synchronization for personal notes.
Brainsheets, its branding, logos, visual assets, and underlying software are the proprietary intellectual property of Moxshie Tech Private Limited. The source code is made available under the Business Source License (BSL 1.1).
End-User License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Moxshie Tech Private Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the compiled Brainsheets application on devices you own or control for personal, educational, or professional note-taking purposes. Your notes, text entries, drawings, and study documents created within the software remain 100% your own private property.
Zero-Cloud Guarantee & Local Responsibility: Because Brainsheets is strictly offline-first, Moxshie Tech Private Limited does not maintain copies of your notes, flashcards, or annotated PDFs on remote servers. You are exclusively responsible for maintaining external backups of your device data. Moxshie Tech Private Limited shall not be held liable for any loss of data caused by device loss, hardware failure, operating system upgrades, or uninstalled applications.

Brainsheets is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Moxshie Tech Private Limited, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Brainsheets. Our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
